Job Overview The Site Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure across designated locations. This position is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, peripheral devices, software applications, and local networks. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Utilize stick welding techniques to fabricate components as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC/R issues to maintain climate control systems. Conduct technical sales activities by providing expert advice on products and services. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency within the manufacturing facility. Use an ammeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems and troubleshoot issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
