Job Description
You will be the Site Supervisor for the upcoming New Gamezone project, an exciting entertainment venue focusing on immersive gaming experiences. Your role will involve overseeing on-site operations to ensure timely and high-quality completion of construction and installation work within budget constraints. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with contractors, engineers, and vendors on a daily basis, monitoring project schedules, and reporting any delays to project leadership. You will be expected to enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to maintain quality control, and inspect work progress to ensure adherence to design specifications. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining site documentation such as logs, reports, and progress updates, as well as communicating with stakeholders including architects, designers, and client representatives when necessary. You will also assist with material ordering and inventory management, resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, and ensure a smooth handover of the site upon project completion. This is a full-time, permanent position with rotational shift schedules. Day and night shift availability is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is also preferred.
