Job Description

Complete Knowledge Of Air Conditioning And Ventilation Systems Is A Must. Candidate Will Be Expected To Have Through Awareness Of The Site Allotted To Him/Her In Terms Of Quantities, Activities, Scope Of Work, Drawings Etc. Complete Supervision Of Installation Activities At Site Prioritising The Site Execution Activities Depending On The Site Clearances. Complete Understanding Of Approved Drawings For The Site From All Possible Aspects - Piping/ Cable /Cable Tray Route, Ducting Sizes, Ducting Route, Outdoor Location, Fan Location Etc. Providing The Management With Daily Progress Reports And Photos Of Progress At Site Coordination With Vendors For Supply On Time And Proper Installation As Per The Approved Shop Drawings Ensuring Proper Measurement Of Works Upon Completion And Taking Certification From The Client So As To Enable Proper Billing Ensuring The Installation Has Been Done As Per The Approved Quality Checklist Of The Company. Certifying The Measurements Of The Vendors And Ensuring That The Same Is Not More Than The Budgeted Cost And Not More Than What The Company Is Billing To The Client. Measurement Certification Shall Have To Be Submitted Along With Tag Drawings As Supporting. Co-Ordinating Complete Handover Formalities Of The Site To The Client. Ensuring Regular Site Check Ups During The Defect Liability Periods Experience: Min 2 Yrs Location: Mumbai (We Want A Local Candidate Only) Office Location: Site Posting Salary: 18 -28 K Pm, Plus Travel,phone, PF,Depending Upon The Candidate.
