Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) work, ensuring structural integrity. Oversee finishing work, including plastering, flooring, painting, and final touches. Manage piling and slab work, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications. Implement and monitor MyOne technology for efficient construction execution. Ensure work is carried out as per approved designs, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor material usage, site inventory, and ensure optimal resource allocation. Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards. Maintain daily reports of work progress and submit them to the Project Manager. Key Requirements: Education: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in site supervision for residential projects. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing work, piling, and slab work. Hands-on experience with MyOne technology. Understanding of construction drawings and site execution plans. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and coordination abilities. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication with teams and contractors. Other Requirements: Ability to work on-site and manage multiple activities simultaneously. Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols.
