Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our agricultural site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, workforce management, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. The role requires hands-on supervision of farm or production activities, equipment handling, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day agricultural site operations, including planting, harvesting, processing, and storage. Monitor and manage farm laborers, technicians, and other ground staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Maintain records of daily activities, yield reports, and resource utilization. Conduct inspections and quality checks on crops, produce, or livestock as per industry standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective measures to optimize productivity. Requirements: Bachelors degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in agricultural site supervision, farm management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of agricultural practices, farm equipment, and irrigation techniques. Ability to manage labor, schedule tasks, and ensure efficient execution of activities. Ability to work in remote areas and willingness to travel if required. Proficiency in MS Office. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in organic farming, hydroponics, or precision agriculture will be a plus.
