Responsibilities include supervising workers, enforcing safety standards, coordinating site tasks, managing equipment, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring work stays on schedule. The role also involves reporting progress to stakeholders and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Relevant certifications in construction or site supervision (preferred) Required Skills Proven experience in construction site supervision Strong project and time management skills Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OHS guidelines Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Technical know-how of construction equipment and techniques Prior experience in similar roles in the construction industry is preferred,
