Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Salesforce Product Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-ready solutions to support Fords marketing campaigns. You will work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery while embracing automation, DevOps best practices, and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Development & Deployment: Design and develop scalable, reusable, and production-ready solutions. Implement solutions following corporate standards and usability guidelines. Perform end-to-end deployment of solutions in production. Testing & Quality Assurance: Create testing strategies, test cases, and test data as per system dependencies. Write unit tests, automation scripts, and conduct code reviews. Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a core team member in the Salesforce Product Team. Guide and mentor team members on best coding practices and DevOps methodologies. Collaborate with the product manager to define, prioritize, and break down requirements into production-ready user stories. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security through effective monitoring and logging. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify and adopt new technologies to solve existing challenges and predict future needs. Optimize system performance, reduce risk, and improve efficiency.
