The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations, utilizing a software engineering mindset to manage services effectively. We are looking for someone who is driven, inquisitive, and always striving for improvement. You will be working alongside a team of skilled SREs/DevOps Engineers to maintain highly scalable services. Your duties will include: - Building and maintaining pipelines following the clients" tooling and conventions. - Collaborating with the development team throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements. - Monitoring metrics, system health, and analyzing reports to maintain services. - Offering support for production and in-house systems, including participating in on-call Production support. - Managing incidents, providing on-call support, conducting root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. - Addressing system vulnerabilities and enhancing security and resiliency measures. - Enhancing processes and systems within the Program. Key skills and requirements for this role include: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience. - Proficiency in CI/CD and Build pipelines using Jenkins. - Familiarity with public and private Cloud offerings (PCF, Azure, AWS etc.). - Knowledge of NoSQL & SQL databases like Mongo, Oracle, and Postgres. - Experience in managing distributed systems and working with microservices. - Proficiency in Unix tooling with strong scripting skills. - Exposure to Monitoring and Alerting tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace. - Proficiency in one of Python, Java, GO, or equivalent. - Familiarity with defining SLOs and SLAs. - Previous experience in an SRE/DevOps team with a solid understanding of SRE/DevOps principles. - Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with a readiness to tackle challenging opportunities. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This position offers a compensation range that varies based on experience level: - Junior ($8,400-$12,240 per year) - Intermediate ($11,040 -$25,000 per year) - Senior ($28,200 - $43,200 per year),
