Job Description
Job Description The candidate responsibilities will include working on QEHS management systems and procedures for wind power projects. Prefer In-depth knowledge of QEHS regulations, standards, and best practices specific to the wind power sector. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive QEHS management systems and procedures for wind power projects. Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on QEHS matters. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with QEHS regulations and standards. Identify potential risks and hazards, and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures to mitigate them. Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure adherence to QEHS requirements and best practices. Monitor project activities to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance QEHS performance. Prepare and present reports on QEHS performance, including key metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives, to project management and stakeholders. Coordinate incident investigations and root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to QEHS in the wind power sector. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and certification bodies, to maintain compliance and achieve certifications. Pre-requirement Experience: Should have experience in QEHS management Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of QEHS regulations, standards, and best practices specific to the wind power sector. Ability: Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively guide and motivate project teams towards achieving QEHS objectives Skill: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a culture of safety and sustainability across the organization.
