Job Description:
Lead and oversee the entire site operations including stewards, supervisors, and chefs.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, HACCP, and food safety procedures.
Act as the key liaison for the client, ensuring all service expectations are met or exceeded.
Coordinate with the central kitchen to ensure timely and quality food delivery.
Monitor and manage daily F&B operations including buffet setup, service standards, and cleanliness.
Manage staffing needs, shift rosters, and ensure effective deployment of team members.
Plan and execute VIP events, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal ordering and stock control to prevent wastage.
Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.
Track and report key performance metrics to senior management.
