Job Description
1. Ensure that all the service deliveries are carried out as per the terms and conditions agreed upon with the client. 2. Ensure growth of sales at the site by developing and promoting service excellence, retail offers and value-added offers. 3. Manage the on-site team including cooks and stewards etc. 4. Maintain a record of the daily leftovers; plan and prepare the production based on this data. 5. Ensure that all the systems and processes are implemented and followed as per the company policy 6. Contribute to Product development & brand building efforts as a member of the Magicomeal Team 7. Responsible for monitoring the daily raw material indent. 8. Ensure quality food & beverage service delivery by establishing protocols and checks and measures. 9. To establish and maintain close working relationships with guest and all other departments at sites. 10. Maintain an efficient feedback and response system to gather feedback and respond to problems in a timely manner.
