Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Job Description & Responsibilities: An experienced Team Leader/ Site Manager with experience of handling team of 8-10 IT Engineers. Major responsibilities includes, but not limited to: Team Management Asset Management (Production & LAB) Quarterly Planning Assets Technical Projects management Process Compliance Knowledge Base management Future projects planning and rollout Technology roadmap discussions Team leaves management Team rotation Team roles and trainings End users connect planning & Escalation cases CSAT planning and execution System and Network team coordination Vendor management Data sanitization and management Performance management against SLAs Quarterly Reviews management Skills & Competencies: B.Tech or equivalent MCSE, RHEL certification (preferred), ITIL. 8-10 yrs Team lead experience in handling a site with a comparable team size Who we are: Since its inception in 1995, Progression has evolved as a trusted Managed Cloud Service provider covering milestones across emerging technologies including Data Center; Storage Consolidation, High Performance Computing, Virtualization, Cloud Design and Disaster Recovery as a Service.
