Job Description

As the Site IT Lead, your primary responsibility is to provide vision and leadership in the development and implementation of information technology initiatives that are in alignment with the Vision of the Manufacturing Site. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in technology or a Master's degree in Computers and possess at least 10 years of experience in the industry, with 3-7 years specifically in leading significant IT services and delivery within medium or large global pharma organizations. Your essential qualifications include experience in delivering IT strategy and services across multiple Manufacturing Sites, working in the Pharma business, collaborating with Site Leadership and Site teams to develop Manufacturing Site-focused IT strategies, and familiarity with technologies like SAP, BI, Pharma Quality, MES applications, as well as digital technologies such as AR/VR, RPA, Chatbots, AI, and ML. In your role, you will be expected to proactively recommend IT solutions to the Site leadership team, drive IT integration post-acquisition of manufacturing Site, lead IT strategic and operational planning, and collaborate with various stakeholders to define Site and systems requirements for new technology implementations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the project portfolio related to information systems, overseeing the Technology budget of the Manufacturing Sites, building a future-ready technology team, ensuring compliance with Quality Compliance and Information Security guidelines, and exhibiting exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. Your key skills should include expertise in SAP, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Pharma, with a strong educational background in B.E/B.Tech.
