We are hiring for one of our client a commercial interior company based from Mumbai

Job title-  Site Incharge

Experience- 1.5years+

Job Description-

•          Execute designs and drawings as per project requirements
•          Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors to achieve site productivity
•          Monitor daily site progress, prepare weekly reports for clients, and ensure quality control
•          Handle and report support issue resolution status regularly
•          Must have hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out works for projects up to 20,000 sq. ft., handled       independently  from  kick-off to handover
•          Should have working knowledge and execution experience in Electrical, Fire Security Systems, Networking, HVAC, etc.
•          Excellent communication skills for site coordination and client management
•          Track rate negotiations in coordination with Finance and Contracts & Procurement teams
•          Prepare and manage change requests from consultants/contractors
•          Ensure adherence to cost, time, quality, and EHS parameters
•          Implement standardized procedures, manuals, and work methods at site
•          Conduct fortnightly safety meetings
•          Oversee daily construction activities to ensure timely project completion
•          Participate in project review meetings and track progress
•          Prepare and monitor construction schedule, Generate and maintain monthly MIS reports for all construction activities
