Job Summary: The Site HR Officer is responsible for managing and implementing human resources functions at the project site(Surat). This role ensures compliance with company HR policies, supports workforce planning, oversees employee relations, and facilitates communication between site management and the corporate HR team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and brings strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to support on-site personnel. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the on-site HR representative and point of contact for all employee-related matters Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and local regulations Support recruitment efforts including job description development, candidate screening, and onboarding Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution Coordinate site-based training and development initiatives Maintain employee records, attendance, and site HR reports Ensure health, safety, and labor law compliance in collaboration with HSE and site management teams Promote employee engagement and a positive work environment at the project site Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role; site or project-based HR experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or railway industry is a strong advantage,
