Job Description

• Site Management: Managing and supervising all activities at the site, ensuring that they are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations
• Project Oversight: If the site is related to a construction project, the Site Executive is responsible for overseeing the construction progress, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget
• Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all work at the site complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• This includes conducting safety inspections and addressing safety concerns
• Resource Management: Managing and allocating resources such as materials, equipment, and labor to meet project or operational goals
• Supervision: Supervising on-site staff, which may include workers, technicians, subcontractors, or other personnel
• This involves assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance
• Quality Control: Ensuring that work or activities at the site meet quality standards and specifications
• This includes conducting quality inspections and addressing quality issues
• Communication: Serving as a point of contact between the site and higher management, clients, or project stakeholders
