Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with over 5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enforcing safety protocols to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate site documentation, conducting preliminary site inspections, interpreting drawings, preparing reports, developing cost estimates, implementing quality assurance processes, and enforcing safety protocols. You will also be involved in reviewing technical drawings, evaluating project feasibility, monitoring project costs, facilitating communication among project stakeholders, and evaluating site operations for improvement opportunities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry. Proficiency in interpreting drawings, preparing reports, and developing cost estimates is essential. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, are required. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and hold a project management certification (e.g., PMP) would be advantageous.
