Job Description
As a Fresher Civil Engineer willing to learn, you will be responsible for managing workers to ensure they are completing tasks on time and within budget. You will oversee the construction sites and locations, tracking progress and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. Your role will involve creating schedules for employees, communicating with subcontractors and clients, and providing technical advice when needed. Additionally, you will be managing paperwork, conducting meetings, and presentations to ensure projects comply with legal guidelines and regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. You may also be eligible for performance and yearly bonuses based on your work performance. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, although it is preferred, with at least 1 year of total work experience.
