Job Description
As an experienced professional with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and 9+ years of development or Production Support experience in Siebel Tools Configuration, Workflows, Assignment Manager, Business Services, Webservices, eScript, XML, XSLT, Integration Objects, VBC, EAI, and EIM, you will be responsible for providing strong support for Siebel applications with the latest version (version IP 2017 and above). Your role will involve extensive experience in Siebel integration using EAI and Web Services, along with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles. You should have excellent experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Siebel applications on the Windows operating system. Working knowledge with Open UI and experience in the insurance industry or basic knowledge of insurance will be beneficial. Your responsibilities will also include understanding data modeling concepts, basic knowledge in Siebel Deployment Activities, and database query and assessment. Proficiency in Oracle, SQL Server 2012 or above, transact SQL, stored procedures, triggers, DTS packages, and performance tuning is required. Experience with code review and evaluation, as well as the ability to adapt and respond in a rapidly evolving business environment, are essential. You should be capable of understanding solutions at the project level and proactively identifying and providing necessary solutions for issues, especially related to performance. This is a contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 6 months. The work location is in-person, and the schedule is a day shift. A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role, and the ideal candidate should have 10 years of experience in Production Support, 8 years of experience in Business Services XML, XSLT Integration, VBC, EAI, EIM, and 10 years of experience in Siebel applications with the latest version SQL.
