Job Description
As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience, assisting clients with product selection, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, and helping them find the best solutions for their home. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. Demonstrate product features, quality, and design benefits. Maintain product displays, ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the showroom. Assist with billing, invoicing, and order processing. Follow up with customers on quotations, delivery status, and feedback. Maintain sales records and update CRM or registers as needed. Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Stay updated on product knowledge, current offers, and new arrivals.
