Job Overview: As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing our websites and online stores. You will ensure high performance, a seamless user experience, and compliance with brand guidelines. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing, graphics, and content teams to implement creative solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Website Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain Shopify websites and e-commerce platforms. Customize Shopify templates to align with business needs. Implement feature enhancements, plugins, and third-party integrations. Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and optimized for speed and performance. 2. E-Commerce Management (Shopify): Implement Shopify apps to enhance online store functionality and improve conversions (e.g., customer reviews, shipping, marketing). Monitor and troubleshoot e-commerce platform issues. 3. Performance Optimization and SEO: Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO to improve rankings and user experience. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and website security. Monitor and resolve technical issues, downtime, or bugs in real-time. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with the content, graphics, and marketing teams to implement creative ideas for campaigns and product launches. Design and execute landing pages for special promotions or educational resources. Provide technical support for website-related queries from internal teams. 5. Analytics and Reporting: Track user engagement and conversions using analytics tools like Google Analytics. Regularly report on website performance and suggest improvements based on insights. Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field. Experience: 13 years of experience in Shopify development. Proven track record of building and managing e-commerce platforms. Experience with educational or e-commerce websites is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing websites using Shopify and Wordpress Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization. Hands-on experience with tools like PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and similar tools for analyzing website performance. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.,
