As a QA Specialist at Outsourced, a leading ISO certified offshore outsourcing company in India & Philippines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of Shopify apps, themes, and websites. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and designers to deliver high-quality products to our international clients. Your responsibilities will include involvement in project scoping by collaborating with project stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements thoroughly. You will develop and execute detailed test cases based on specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage. In addition to functional QA, you will perform visual QA by reviewing Shopify websites for design accuracy, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Your keen attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and tracking bugs throughout the project lifecycle, providing valuable feedback to the development team for quick resolution. Regression testing and collaborative testing with cross-functional teams will be integral parts of your role. To excel in this position, you should have strong familiarity with the Shopify platform and experience in testing Shopify apps, themes, or websites. Your expertise in quality assurance, including both functional and visual QA, preferably in a web or e-commerce environment, will be highly valued. Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies such as Jira and TestRail, as well as experience in responsive and cross-browser testing, will be essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and actionable feedback are key requirements for this role. Moreover, your willingness to collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers is crucial for delivering high-quality results. While not mandatory, experience in automation testing frameworks, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, and familiarity with Agile methodologies will be considered advantageous.
