The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing paint equipment, supervising staff, and ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard of quality and safety. Additional duties include inventory management, maintaining tools and equipment, coordinating with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in our retail environment. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and strong Communication abilities Experience with Paint tinting and Maintenance tasks Billing knowledge Ability to work on-site in Coonoor Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in retail or hardware environments is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in relevant fields is advantageous,
