Role Description: This job posting is for Plastic Injection Moulding Shift Supervisor This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team schedules, and ensuring production targets are met. The role involves monitoring the performance of team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to achieve operational goals. The Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for troubleshooting operational issues and providing training and support to team members.
