Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Officer located in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The Shift Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and managing shift personnel. Duties include monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, implementing safety protocols, and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow and efficiency.
