As a Salesforce Architect, your role involves designing and implementing scalable and secure Salesforce architectures. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical design documents and solution blueprints, as well as defining and enforcing Salesforce development standards, including coding best practices and security protocols. In terms of implementation and configuration, you will lead the deployment of Salesforce solutions, which includes custom development, integrations, and configurations. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing data migration and integration activities to ensure data integrity and consistency, collaborating with Salesforce developers to implement custom applications and features. As a technical leader, you will provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. This involves conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and Salesforce guidelines. It is essential to stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and emerging technologies to incorporate them into solutions effectively. Collaboration with stakeholders is a crucial part of the role. You will work with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Facilitating workshops and meetings to discuss technical solutions and provide recommendations will be part of your responsibilities. You will also act as the technical point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues. Ensuring the quality of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes is a key aspect of the role. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and system defects, as well as implement and oversee monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure system performance and reliability. Documentation and training are also important components of the role. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides. Providing training and support to end-users and technical teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices will also be part of your responsibilities.,
