Job Description
As a DocuSign CLM Developer/Administrator at UST, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing DocuSign CLM solutions. With an experience range of 5 to 8 years, you will play a key role in locations like Pune, Chennai, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram (TVM), Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, and Gurgaon. Your main focus will be on DocuSign CLM design and configuration, including Forms, Templates, Workflows, Approvals, and Clause Libraries. You should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in this area. Additionally, you will be expected to handle Salesforce writebacks, CLM Administration, and integration with Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will also include deployment processes, testing support, and issue resolution. Desired skills include experience with DocuSign Insight, integration knowledge with Oracle and Salesforce CPQ, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Furthermore, you should be well-versed in SOAP/REST APIs for system integration and have the ability to work with 3rd-party consultants/vendors. Key responsibilities will involve configuration, customization, and administration of DocuSign CLM components, managing project tasks, providing production support, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, managing documentation, and contributing to knowledge sharing. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to contribute to ERP/CRM practice initiatives, participate in internal seminars and hackathons, and demonstrate strong client communication skills. The role also involves self-learning new ERP/CRM features, participating in recruitment activities, and onboarding new team members.
