Job Title: Setup Crew Department: Banquets / Events Reports To: Banquet Manager / Event Planner Job Summary: Responsible for the physical setup and breakdown of banquet/event spaces, including tables, chairs, staging, and other equipment, ensuring readiness as per event requirements. Key Responsibilities: Set up and dismantle event furniture and dcor according to layouts. Move and position heavy equipment safely. Maintain cleanliness and safety of event spaces. Assist in inventory of banquet supplies. Follow event timelines and respond to last-minute changes. Skills & Qualifications: Physically fit; able to lift/move heavy items. Attention to detail and time management. Experience in events/hospitality preferred.
