The Acceleration Centers are an essential component of Advisory's multi-sourced, multi-geography Global Delivery Model, showcasing rapid growth and remarkable results in process quality and delivery capability, earning a reputation for excellence and cultivating a loyal customer base. As a Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for configuring/customizing the Service Now system, creating workflows, portals, and reports. Your duties will include building Service Request Fulfillment workflows based on business requirements, automating tasks using Service Now functionality, developing integrations and process automations, managing clients and complex projects, participating in business requirement gathering, and configuring applications using Service Now. Additionally, you will work on advanced customizations such as Business Rules, UI pages, UI macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Workflows, and Custom tables, as well as designing, building, and maintaining Service Now integrations with various third-party tools. You will perform system and integration testing, upgrades, and customizations of Service Now Platform applications in adherence to Release management and Software development best practices, and handle data loading, manipulation, and maintenance between Service Now and other systems as required. Position Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Service Now Platform development within modules like ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITAM, etc. - Strong technical proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Angular JS, with experience in Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking ability, and a track record of delivering innovative solutions. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships at all levels. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Management with a specialization in Business Administration. - Experience in IT, Digital, and Cloud within consulting or technology functions across various industries. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are preferred.,
