Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio, timesheets and Financial Management. Customize and configure SPM applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and scripts. Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SPM modules. Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience in software development with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow SPM. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules and configuration.
