As a ServiceNow Portal Developer specializing in Service Portal and Employee Service Center (ESC), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow Service Portals and ESC to create intuitive, responsive, and user-centric portals. Your role will involve building mobile-responsive, user-friendly interfaces, enhancing portal functionalities for improved employee self-service experiences, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective portal solutions. You will ensure best practices in UI/UX within the ServiceNow environment. To be successful in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience with a strong expertise in ServiceNow Portal development. You must possess hands-on experience with Service Portal and ESC, a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS within ServiceNow, and the ability to design and implement clean, intuitive user experiences. Possessing a ServiceNow certification would be considered a plus.
