- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management with a focus on CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Orchestration and Event Management
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions in complex environments
- Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of ITOM tools and technologies particularly in the ServiceNow platform or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Proficiency in scripting languages eg Python PowerShell and automation tools
- well versed with ServiceNow scripting creation of custom patterns tag based Discovery
- Experience in resolving Discovery issues coordinating with various infra teams
- Working experience in Service Maps Experience in creating pattern based tag based service maps Experience in writing custom patterns
