Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow IRM at our Gurugram location. The ServiceNow IRM will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing and improving our Incident Response Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. Skills: Over 7 years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow IRM solutions. Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles. ServiceNow scripting experience including Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts. Front-end development exposure, preferably with React.js/ Angular.js Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM (CIS-IRM). Experience working on ServiceNow upgrades and version migrations. Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like SecOps or ITSM is a plus.,
