ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Your Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Lead requirement workshops with HR stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable designs
• Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and HR workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and other HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
• Develop architecture documentation, solution diagrams, and technical guides
• Mentor delivery teams on HRSD implementation best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD architecture and implementation
• Hands-on experience with case management, employee portals, knowledge management, and lifecycle events
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configurations, scripting, and workflow design
• Deep understanding of HR processes and HR service delivery transformation
• Experience in integration with HR systems (Workday, SAP SF, Oracle HCM)
• ServiceNow CSA required; HRSD certification preferred
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills
