Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Lead to take charge of the design, development, and implementation of GRC solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in steering compliance efforts, conducting risk assessments, and automating controls through the ServiceNow platform. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation. A solid grasp of enterprise GRC frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, and NIST is essential. Your proficiency in configuration, scripting, and customization will be crucial in this role. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams and GRC transformation initiatives. You will be at the forefront of GRC implementations on the ServiceNow platform, encompassing Policy and Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules. As the subject matter expert, you will align GRC processes with platform capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing governance processes, which involves documentation, risk scoring, and control testing. Collaboration with internal audit, security, and legal departments to ensure regulatory compliance will be a key aspect of your role. Moreover, you will be tasked with generating performance analytics and dashboards for compliance reporting. While not mandatory, possessing ServiceNow GRC/IRM certifications would be advantageous in this role.
