Job Description Full Job Description To support and enable Vitescos digital journey as well as provide IT capabilities for the existing and future business, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for working with a team to stand up a new ServiceNow instance. This developer will also be involved in implementing ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, and ITBM. This role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. Requirements 3-5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. Experience with workflow, business rules, (Java)scripting, UI actions, Web Services, integrations on ServiceNow. Experience in implementation, configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Preferred Skills Experience in one or more of the following areas: Systems integration of SaaS / Platform solutions Understanding of ServiceNow, Salesforce, and/or Pegasystems, or other leading CRM or platform solutions Development and delivery of ServiceNow platforms AngularJS, Apache and/or Jelly Scripting Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON) System/Process Automation (Orchestration) Experience supporting previous ServiceNow projects Vendor certification(s) for ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, or similar platform/CRM solution(s) What we are desiring from you (i.e. the nice-to-have qualifications): Certified ServiceNow Application Developer, Implementer, or System Administrator certification is highly desired Scripting language experience Highly organized, structured, process oriented, and a self-starter Ability to work independently as well as with a team Experience with Agile Development Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills ITIL certification,
