Job Description

Work Mode: Hybrid - in office 
Location: Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days max

• ServiceNow development in the ITSM module
• Collaborate with end-users, business analysts, and systems analysts to determine
• features, requirements and solution design for ServiceNow development.
• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or
• equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of ITSM, ITOM (Optional) background with scripting knowledge in SNOW
• environment.
• Strong in Scripting, REST integration. API, SOAP Work Flows, Flow Designers
• Must have hands on skills and Good knowledge on Debugging and Advanced ServiceNow Platform working.
• 3+ years of ITIL process experience
• Good Communication skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills in English and the ability to
• express complex issues concisely to multiple.
