Greetings from Themesoft! We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow CSM & Order Management Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management applications to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and Order Management modules. Strong understanding of customer service processes and order lifecycle management. Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and external system integrations. Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
