Job Description

You will be joining our technology services client as a ServiceNow CSM Consultant on a contract basis with the potential for full-time employment conversion. Your main responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You should have experience in various modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Agent Workspace, CSM Portal, and Agent Mobile App configuration. Additionally, you will work with ITSM and Custom Service Portal. Your extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance will be crucial. You will also be responsible for third-party integrations using methods like REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and Ebonding. Scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, and Jelly will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with teams to understand their requirements, conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users, performing system testing and troubleshooting, defining integrations with other systems, providing ongoing support, and documenting processes will be essential tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail are expected. Preferred skills include proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, Agent workspace, virtual assistant, and implementation of ITSM module. Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills will be advantageous.
