Job Description

Responsibilities: Review architectural decisions and re-engineer architectures to meet project requirements. Design and implement client-facing solutions using ServiceNow. Ensure performance-compliant and sustainable solution architecture. Implement and integrate enterprise software applications. Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending cost-effective options. Propose data model and design changes, with latitude in determining assignment objectives. Design and develop ServiceNow data model to support process integrations. Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, upgrades, and deployments. Conduct business analysis and gather requirements. Learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training. Utilize agile methodologies and tools for development. Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow modules like CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM. Deep understanding of key technologies for ServiceNow integration solutions. Stay updated with emerging technology and ServiceNow roadmap capabilities. Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches. Strong experience in integrating 3rd party tools using various methods. Experience loading data into SNOW from third-party systems. Proficiency in UI scripting, UI action, UI policy, etc., in ServiceNow. Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting. Hands-on experience with MID Server integrations. Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery & ITAM modules. Experience in hardware/software asset reconciliation. Experience in installing HAM/SAM Modules. Knowledge of ITIL modules such as Incident, Problem, Change & Request Fulfillment. Qualifications: Ability to build customized dashboards and reports based on client requirements. Experience in implementing and customizing CSM Portal, Agent Workspace, and Service Portal. Preferred knowledge of TSM, ITOM Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Metrics Intelligence modules. Experience in deploying packages across test/production instances. Preferably experience with ATF. Interest in coaching/mentoring junior engineers and delivering assigned tasks. Proficient in slide preparation and presentation skills.,
