With a dedicated team of more than 550 professionals, we specialize in Offshore Software Development and IT solutions, catering to clients worldwide. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be based at Ascendas Tech Park in Chennai, bringing 4 to 8 years of experience in this role. Your responsibilities will include administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, handling instance upgrades, patching, and monitoring. You will also be managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls effectively. Additionally, your role will involve configuring and managing various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD. You will collaborate closely with different teams to implement platform changes and customizations, ensuring seamless operations. Creating and managing ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and conducting data analysis will be part of your routine tasks. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring system stability, proactively resolving any arising issues, and providing end-user training and support for the ServiceNow platform. It will be important to stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices to optimize the platform's performance effectively.,
