Products: Marine and offshore- Installation of Main Engines, Gear Box, Thruster, CPP propulsion System, Steering & Rudder including their Auxiliaries

Job Description/ Responsibilities

01. Hand zone experience for installation, testing, and Alignment of Main Propulsion system, auxiliaries and Accessories of equipment (e.g., Main Engines, Gear Box, Thruster, CPP propulsion System, Steering & Rudder)
02. knowledge of Vessel Drawing reading.
03. Knowledge of Welding, Boring, Cutting and Machining.
04. Perform Installation task and preservation.
05. Knowledge of equipment clearances as per OEM Standard
06. Rigging, lifting and shifting of Equipment as per OEM Standard.
07. Attendance of HAT, SAT & during commissioning of vessel.
08. Knowledge of Rudder Drop, Tip clearance, Backlash of gears, jumping clearance, bedding of machinery and deep knowledge of working principle.
09. Deep knowledge of hydraulic system and vessel whole main propulsion system.
10. Travel to vessel locations (shipyards, ports, offshore) as required. Authority Discuss with Service Manager and Director Sir then take decisionDesired profile of the candidate
Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• ITI in Diesel Mechanic.
• 3+ years of experience in Ship building (Must).
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, etc.).

Other Certification (Optional)Indian Passport, PCC, STCW. Skill Required1 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
2 Excellent communication and reporting abilities
3 Ability to work independently and under pressure
4 Willingness to travel frequently, including international
and offshore assignments.
Min Exp.

• 3-5 years of experience in:
• Shipbuilding, ship repair, or marine equipment servicing
• Working with OEM equipment.
• Dry dock, port, or offshore environments.

Max Exp.

• 57years of experience in:
• Shipbuilding, ship repair, or marine equipment servicing
• Working with OEM equipment.
• Dry dock, port, or offshore environments
