This may include cleaning, calibration, lubrication, and other preventive measures

Testing and Debugging: Performing tests and running diagnostic tools to identify problems and verify that repairs or installations were successful

Customer Support: Interacting with customers, clients, or end-users to provide technical support, answer questions, and address concerns
