Job Description
As an experienced professional with 7 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving the Service business in Chennai. Your primary objectives will include achieving sales targets, order bookings, and collections through engaging End customers and Partners effectively. Proactively visiting installed base customers to educate and influence them on Service offerings will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be expected to develop market intelligence to promote new service offers, with a particular focus on DIGITAL SERVICES. Collaboration with partners to maximize business opportunities and substantial growth in Modernization (Retrofit/Revamp/Upgrade) business will be key priorities. Utilizing BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management and providing monthly Order Bookings and Sales forecasts will be essential tasks. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for building sustainable relationships with Customers and Partners. A comprehensive understanding of service offers throughout the Asset Life Cycle, including Retrofit/Revamp/Upgrade of MV/LV Switchgears, Transformers, Active Harmonic Filters, APFC, Energy Management Solutions, and SCADA, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ERP/CRM tools, and experience in Consulting, Digital, and Recurring Services will be advantageous. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Key Account Managers, Execution, and Tendering teams to maximize business opportunities.
