Job Description
ServiceNow Developers (5+ Years of Experience) - {Remote} Note: Only candidates with at least 5 years of experience should apply. *Location:** Remote *Contract:** One year, extendable *Experience & Competency:** - 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITOM modules. - Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management principles and best practices. - Experience in Observability is a plus. - Proficient in configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms. - Skilled in creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects such as tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and script includes. - Experience with User Management, including groups, users, roles, and ACLs. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Relevant certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are advantageous. - Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) to support IT service management processes. - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with data migration activities. - Develop basic reports and dashboards to visualize ServiceNow data and track key performance indicators (KPIs). *Additional Skills:** - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles is a plus. - Basic understanding of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is beneficial. *Integration:** - Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow. - Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Generate and analyze reports related to Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. - Ensure the organization is prepared for audits and regulatory inspections. *To Apply:** Please send your resume to vipin.mishra@dyneits.com.,
