Job Description Location: Gurugram Designation: Service Now Developer Experience: 6- 12 Years Tasks and responsibility Technical Expert and Go-To person for the ServiceNow Development along the Out of the Box implementations Supporting the ServiceNow Consulting processes for business processes Managing RUN and CHANGE operations Work with local and global ServiceNow development team for providing platform solutions, e.g. ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, UX, etc. Design, develop and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform Ensure out of the box compatibility, robust code, security guideline compliance, development standards and corporate guidelines Interact with the business and involved stakeholders Operate and support implemented solutions Work in Agile way and translate requirements into working solution. Technical Skills Good working experience on ServiceNow development topics as business rules, data policies, client scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, Workflow, Variables, Portal Widgets, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications and Performance Analytics, etc. Demonstratable experience with database design schemas and data modeling Good working knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM ) / Strategic Portfolio management (SPM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and CSDM / CMDB implementation and reconciliation processes Working knowledge of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML Good knowledge of ITIL processes Proven track record with an Architectural know how Excellent enterprise grade ServiceNow know-how Used to work in agile worlds and in agile projects. Education and Certificates Computer/Electronics Engineering (BTech/MTech) or Graduation (BCA/MCA) Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a must Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a must Trained on PPM. Certified Implementation Specialist Project Portfolio Management (CIM-PPM) is add on. ITIL Foundation and/or Prince2 Foundation certified is desirable. ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Developer) is a plus. Experience required Overall: 6 - 8 Years Relevant: 5-6 years. Soft skills required Strong service orientation Good communication skills w.r.t. common international communication language as English Ability to think out of the box and follow the big picture Used to critically discuss solution cross functional and cross regional Solution-oriented and structured way of working Independent, responsible way of working Intercultural experience, especially Germany,
