Job Description
You will be responsible for adjudicating each claim by analyzing available defect details and estimates. It will be your duty to collect, verify, and analyze information gathered during the claims process to ensure the validity of claims and settlements are in accordance with company practices. You will also oversee service partners to ensure they adhere to agreed service level agreements. Generating monthly claims reports and implementing claim cost reduction plans will be part of your regular tasks. To excel in this role, you are required to have a graduate degree in any stream with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Operations. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in working with Mobile, Tab, and technology products for Service Partner, case approval, and client management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Word, along with the ability to adapt to new systems, is essential. Effective multitasking, prioritization skills, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.,
