As a Service Executive for mobile network boosters, you play a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity for Boost Mobile customers. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues reported by customers, installing, configuring, and maintaining mobile network signal boosters, collaborating with technical teams to optimize network performance, educating customers on using boosters effectively, and handling customer inquiries with excellent service. To excel in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a basic understanding of mobile networks and signal boosters, strong Hindi communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Additionally, having 0-3 years of experience in a similar field is beneficial. This position requires you to have a bike as it is essential for the job. As a Field Service Executive, your key skills include being a Bike Rider, Service Technician, and having an Area Service Executive background. The salary range for this role is between 1.5 Lac to 3 Lac per annum, and the industry you will be working in is ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service.,
