Job Description
Job Summary Service Engineer to join our North Zone team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of Pumps, Cooling Towers, and associated systems. This role demands strong technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality after-sales support and customer service. Key Responsibilities Installation, commissioning, and testing of: Pumps and Controllers Cooling Towers Ducting and related systems Attend site visits and provide on-site support and technical assistance Respond promptly to customer complaints and service requests Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently Monitor performance of installed systems and conduct periodic inspections Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical components of products Provide feedback and service reports to customers Support allied teams with aftermarket services Ensure timely handover of products at the site Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery Required Skills & Experience Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field) Minimum of 2 years of experience in service engineering; 5 years preferred Hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of Pumps and Cooling Towers Strong understanding of mechanical systems, controllers, and ducting Effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction and retention Strong organizational and documentation skills Preferred Qualities Proven track record as a service representative or similar role Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization Strong business acumen and understanding of the service industry Willingness to travel for on-site support,
