Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to handle the installation, servicing, and support of Saxsons International medical equipment across hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and service Saxsons International products at customer sites including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

• Provide technical support to healthcare providers to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance of the equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive servicing as per company guidelines.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support.

• Coordinate with the internal technical and sales teams to address client feedback and service improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and technical interventions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.

• 02 years of relevant experience (fresher candidates with strong technical skills may also apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

• Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach.
